Suggest Remedy For Mild Headache Causing Sleeplessness

Consultation
Detailed Answer:
Hello, and thanks for your question.
It is very unlikely that this is an emergency. Headaches are common, and lack of sleep especially if you have an exam in the morning is likely related to stress.
You can take medicine to help you sleep, something over the counter like Benadryl or Atarax if you have it. Otherwise, just try your best to sleep. Perhaps try some soothing music and just don't think too much about the exam tomorrow from now on. You must be preparing for it for quite a while ,s o its best to relax for the time being and better to deal with it tomorrow .
It seems like you are under a tremendous amount of stress. You need to talk about this to help yourself feel better. I offer therapy, and I encourage you to contact me at my direct link below.

Detailed Answer:
Hi there , Welcome back.
There is no way to rule out anything in medicine 100%.
However, I can say that a headache as you describe, especially a recurrent headache that has been happening for weeks, in the setting of stress is highly, highly unlikely to be anything serious.
This is very likely stress, and the treatment for that is therapy with a highly qualified psychiatrist. I can even provide therapy to help you sleep tonight. I think this is the best way to proceed to help you.
