Question : Blockage in nose due to blood drops. While cleaning few drops of blood came. When ever she is tired faces the problem. Its not a routine issue.

She is having crusting in nose result in bleeding

Thanks for the query.

As per the clinical history it appears that she is having crusting in nose, during cleaning it result in bleeding.

If I were the treating doctor, I would advice her to

Avoid cleaning nose with finger nails,
Use Steam Inhalation twice daily &
Saline nasal spray thrice daily to soften & remove crusts.

It is safe in pregnancy & decrease headache also.

Thanks Krunal for answering. I would like to inform you that she is also facing throat issue & always feeling like block or something is on it. whenever she trys to clear the throat. Sometimes she had blood in that bile. Pls suggest.

She is also having Post nasal discharge .

Steam Inhalation twice daily & Saline nasal spray thrice daily will also help her with throat issue ( Post nasal discharge ).

Also use Antiseptic chlorhexidine Mouth Wash twice daily & Plenty of fluids .
