Small Child, Cough, Post Nasal Discharge, Dark Red Veins On Tonsils. History Of Sinusitis. Treatment?

Hi my daughter had a sinusitis 2 month ago she had cough due to post nasal discharge not severe she took anti biotic and she was fine, now she has acough like that one with sinusitis a few times aday alttle and i saw a dark red veins on tonsils one vein on each side and no other symptoms and she looks really fine but i am worried about these dark veins she is 3 years old

Hi
Nothing to worry as there is only cough and no other symptoms and sign of infection. Just give one cough syrup. The veins over the tonsils are normal and they meant for drainage of blood from tonsils. No other treatment is required at present and child develops fever or throat pain consult your doctor.
