Brief Answer:
This might be suggestive of carpal's tunnel syndrome!

Detailed Answer:
Hi and thank you so much for this query.

I am so sorry to hear about pain and numbness that you have reported. I have reviewed your information fully and seems to be suggestive of a disease condition called Carpal-Tunnel's syndrome. This is caused by compression of the nerve which supplies the fingers especially the firs 3fingers and part of the fourth. This often get worse at night when you lie on the hand or put it in a position that is not straight and causes further compression. This is why the symptoms get worse when you are sleeping.

The best approach would be to get this suspicion confirmed. If the diagnosis is confirmed, treatment would be tailored accordingly. For the mean time try maintaining the hand in a straight position and more so at night when you are sleeping. This might prove very helpful.

B6 is used for peripheral nerve pain. However, your symptoms to me are not very suggestive of this. Do you have any other disease condition that you may want to let me know of?

I hope this addresses your query fully. I wish you well. Feel free to ask for more information and clarifications if need be and I would gladly address them. Thank you so much for trusting us with your health worries this day.
