Brief Answer:
It can be tendon tear in shoulder

Detailed Answer:
Hello,
I have studied your case. Shoulder joint can be lax in some patients and they can stretch it normally also. It is called ligament laxity. In others it can be due to torn tendon. I would like to know little detail about you before I can comment bout your condition.
1. Since when you are able to dislocate your shoulder? Did it started with a trauma?
2.Did it happen any time that you went to doctor to locate it back?
3. Can you do it in both shoulder?
Please send me answers of these questions. I will try my best to help you.
thanks

since 2007 i have been having some.minor issues in my left shoulder, but i didn't look.at it as that important
but when i started working out in the gym ive found out that i.am.unable to bear the pain in the shoulder while lifting heavier weights. ive never dislocated my shoulder, but from the past 2 years suddenly ive found that i was able to move it dowwards while riding a bike and other household chores
i cannot do it with both shoulders
i can only do it in my left shoulder
also i have trouble sleeping at night some times
ive frequently visisted so many doctors
none of them suggested sugery though!!
everyone prescribed some medicines with some exercises
but these exercises are not proving worthy sir

Brief Answer:
you need to get MRI of the shoulder

Detailed Answer:
Hello,
I have studied your case. It is common for doctors to miss diagnosis in shoulder as clinical tests are not reliable. I would recommend you to get MRI of the shoulder to see if there is any ligament or cartilage injury is present. If yes then we can plan treatment accordingly.
If there is no cartilage injury than you can get physiotherapy for shoulder dyskinesia. In this condition there is weakness of shoulder girdle muscles and it causes pain and fatigue in shoulder.
So first get MRI and than we can plan accordingly.
I hope this answer will be useful for you.Let me know if there is any other followup questions.
thanks.

Brief Answer:
You need physiotherapy

Detailed Answer:
Hello,
There is some fluid collection of fluid in the muscle. I would suggest you to meet a physio who is expert in shoulder and start shoulder muscle strengthening exercises. You should avoid any heavy work from right shoulder for 3 months. These injuries take some time to heal, so need to be persistent with exercises.
I hope these steps will help you.

Brief Answer:
It does not need surgery

Detailed Answer:
Hello,
if you are able to do it will this is due to ligament laxity. It is due to high stretchablity of your shoulder muscle. It is not a disease and it does not need surgery, You should avoid it doing though as it can cause shoulder arthritis. Also physiotherapy will help in making your muscles more powerful.

Brief Answer:
Change in posture might help

Detailed Answer:
Hello,
I would suggest you to change in posture. Avoid sleeping on that side. You can also use hot water fomentation. Take Etoricoxib tablet 90 mg one at night time for fifteen days. Volitrn ointment local aplication can be done.
As I also mentioned previously you should not dislocate or move your shoulder by will. Every time you do this and there is some amount of cartilage damage took place.
I hope these steps will help you. Let me know if there is any other followup questions.
thanks
