Hello,

Since when you're suffering from? Probably your suffering from viral myalgia. Use tablet paracetamol 650 mg thrice a day. Take rest and drink plenty of hot water and liquids. If symptoms don't improve, please consult a physician, he will examine and treat you accordingly.

Take care. Hope I have answered your question. Let me know if I can assist you further.
