Question : I have been having UTI related symptoms for the last 5 days for which I am taking Norlfox 400 twice a day for 3 days. Today in noticed white discharge from my penis which appears to be pus. What should I do?

1) Did you have unprotected sex with unknown woman very recently ?
The discharge of pus from urethra needs to be investigated .
Please consult qualified Urologist for clinical examination and get following basic tests done to confirm the diagnosis.
1) Urine routine and culture.
2) Swab test and culture of pus from urethra.
In the mean while take Altrocin along with urinary antiseptic like Nitrofurantoin twice daily later on switch on to appropriate antibiotic as per culture report ..
Get the prescription of medicines from your family Physician.
Ensure to drink more water .To keep your urine dilute This will help to control dysuria.

I have been faithful to my wife of 20 years so no question of unprotected sex outside.
