Suffering From Heartburn,sore Lower Abdomen & Pain During Urination

Hi - I have never suffered from heartburn - but had it daily from late august, throughout September and sporadically so far in October. I got a UTI last october and in July. this weekend I had a very sudden onset of what I thought was a UTI, sudden very sore lower abdomen, felt very fragile and delicate. I drank a lot of water and took it easy for a couple of days and now it is a little better - it never developed to painful urination or bloody urine (which it did the previous times) and it felt higher up in my abdomen making me wonder if it was something in or travelling up towards my kidneys. the heartburn seems to have got worse and come back again...... I also wonder if it is connected with my bowels......... just wondering if you know of connections between these conditions - it is making me a little nervous , many thanks for your time
