Question: The left cavity of my nose make a cracking noise from time to time, accompanied with a very little disconfort and it feels a little stuffy. I have a slightly runny nose when i go to bed. I've benn coughing for a couple of days (4-5), especially at night. Since two days, I have very (+++) painful headaches in both sides of my head (tempes) when my tilt my head forward, backward, on the side and when I lay down and it hurt when I cough or stand up too. I have very little bronchial secretions and I have odynophagia. From now I seem to have a persistent headache that becomes really worse when I walk or stand up and it seems to "hide" my other pain (odynophagia). My ears feel clogged

Brief Answer:
Most probably suffering from the tonsillopharyngitis with rhinosinusitis

Detailed Answer:
Hi Sir,
I have gone through your query; it suggests that you may be most probably suffering from the tonsillopharyngitis with rhinosinusitis and otitis media.

I would like to inform you that headache may be due to the rhinosinusitis, odynophagia may be due to the tonsillopharyngitis and clogged ear may be due to the otitis media because all of conditions are related to each other.

In this condition in our patients I personally prescribed
1. Tablet amoxycillin and clavulinic acid 625 mg twice a day.
2. Tablet Fexofenadine 120mg once in the night.
3. Nasal drop Oxymetazoline two drops three times a day.
4. Steam inhalation three times a day at least for five minutes.
5. Avoid cold beverages if you have.

Thanks
