Brief Answer:
Blood pressure and sinusitis should be assessed further.

Detailed Answer:
Hello and thanks for using HCM.

I have read your question and understand your concerns.

Two are most probable conditions that may cause your symptoms:

1. sudden increase in blood pressure

2. sinusitis or infection of sinuses.

Both these conditions may cause headaches too, but not always.

Another possible condition that may manifest with similar concerns is menopause or peri menopause changes, but more information needed, such timing and duration of menstruations, other features such hot flashes.

There's need for blood pressure monitoring firs for few days in order to get a better understanding of your condition.

If blood pressure turns out to be normal sinusitis related pressure and/ or peri menopause hormonal changes should be evaluated further with sinuses x-rays and sexual hormonal levels screening.

These issues and tests needed should be discussed with your primary care Doctor.

Hope you found the answer helpful.

Let me know if I can assist you further,

Greetings,
