Hi,

I had gone through your question and understand your concerns that you are having severe cough. I would like to ask you few more details.

- Is your cough dry or wet (with sputum)
- Is there any fever or breathlessness or sneezes or nasal obstruction.

In the mean time, I would I suggest you to stop exposing to cold weather, stop consuming freezer products (curd & ice creams) and start simple anti allergic medication like tab.zyrtec (citrizine). you may require antibiotic course depending on the duration of symptoms and charecterstic of cough.
