Question : I am deeply dipressed. Can you suggest a pill in order to forget for say three hours by profound sleep.

I appreciate your concern

Emotional stress can lead to anxiety and worsen depression symptoms. Motor symptoms like sweating, headache, increased heart rate and BP can also occur.
Low dose propranolol can be advised along with Ativan which you are already using. If you have been using the above medication , I would recommend not stopping them abruptly. As you are well aware, the propranolol would require that you are first examined by a doctor. It is contraindicated in asthma meaning that it should not be used in asthmatic patients. There is no specific medication that would guarantee profound sleep.
