Question : I am 25 years old.after pregnancy my hair started falling huge,NOW I got lots of drandrof,..what can I do..I live in a village ..here I can't got a doctor..

Hello. Thank you for writing to us.

It can be common issue during lactation. The hair follicles do not go into resting phase during pregnancy and you seem to have full hair. Immediately after pregnancy there is compensation where the hair that was preserved during pregnancy will be shed off as those follicles are dead and shed the hair.

For dandruff, you may use a ketoconazole based otc shampoo e.g Nizral shampoo Or selinium sulphide shampoo e.g Candid TV shampoo. Shampoo every alternate days. Wet your scalp and lather the shampoo well into the scalp and allow it to act for at least 5 minutes before rinsing it off.
