Brief Answer:
You should take blood thinner.

Detailed Answer:
Hi, dear
I have gone through your question. I can understand your concern.
You have protein S syndrom and MTHFR gene mutation. So you have high chance of blood clotting. It leads to stroke and other complications.

You should take warferrin or xarelto. Maintain your INR in between 2 to 3.

You can go for hiatus hernia operation later on. But right now you should control your clotting disease first. Because it can leads to life threatening events.

Consult your doctor and take treatment accordingly.
Hope I have answered your question, if you have doubt then I will be happy to answer.

I take xarelto, Plavix and 81mg asa everyday. I can hardly eat which is good because I am over weight but not good for health. I am really sick with this but my gastro dr is afraid to scope me I think because of risk. What do I do

Brief Answer:
Continue anti coagulant drugs.

Detailed Answer:
Hi, dear
I have gone through your question. I can understand your concern.
You should not go for surgery right now. Continue your anticoagulant drug like xarelto. For hiatus hernia and eating problem take proton pump inhibitors like rabeprazole. Wait for some time. Later on you can go for surgery.
