Question : Hi, I had unprotected oral sex a week ago. The day after I had swollen glands in my neck and felt fatigued. The glands are still swollen but less so now and I am still a little fatigued. I had a minor sore throat for a few days but no other symptoms.

Hi and welcome. This is probably pharingitis or upper respiratory infection,although it may be something more significant such as mononucleosis or clamydia throat infection. In every case, if you are afraid of HIV or hepatitis,the risk for this is very very kow for oral sex. Also, symptoms of acute hiv infection usually occur later. However, to be 100% for sure you can do tests after 3-4 weeks. At this point, you should treat it as any other throat inflammation, tea,honey, vitamin c. Wish you good health. Regards
