Memory or concentration boosters are the foods that help in generating new brain cells. And as you are aware there are many foods that help your brain to perform better. But what foods are the best, remains a questions.

Here is the answer to your query….

Foods XXXXXXX in DHA, linoleic acid and antioxidants are considered good for the brain. Including fish, eggs, walnuts, fresh fruits and vegetables, blueberries etc. improves memory power. Brahmi and XXXXXXX have proven their worth as the best brain foods. You may include XXXXXXX as massage oil or as food ingredient.

Antioxidants protect the brain from oxidation damage. Green tea and black coffee are packed with antioxidants; other sources include fresh fruits and salads. XXXXXXX Brussels sprouts, fresh lemonade, plum, blueberry etc. are XXXXXXX in antioxidants.
For improved concentration add some caffeine in form of lemon tea or coffee. This would make you alert and more active.
