Brief Answer:
Melasma is the diagnosis
Detailed Answer:
Hi, welcome again,
I have gone through your question and also the clinical image you uploaded.
The provisional diagnosis is Melasma.
I usually prescribe Hydroquinone 2% (Brite cream) to be applied twice daily. It is a OTC product and you can get it without prescription.
Other product which is given in this case is Kligman's formula cream which you can get only with prescription.
Apply Sunscreen With SPF 30 or more (Taiyu lotion or Suncross Aqua gel) to be applied twice in first half of the day. It is also a OTC product.
For better Management you can go for chemical peeling, it is a office procedure, done by dermatologist.
Hope this will help you.
Thanks.
