                                            Question : My father is suffering from copd and bilatera l bronchitis .doctor said recently that his lungs having capacity 35%.doctor advice to take levoflox250 and azithromycin 250 for two two months with rotoinhaler .and advice for postular drainage exercise is other any advice for him pls tell fast

                                    Most of antibiotics of tablet form resist  in his case if he will take this levoflxacin and azithromycin for 2 -2 month.then it may be resist.one more question is that if antibiotic resist the new antibiotics will cone in market or not.when pft test was done yesterday at that time he was suffering from fever that point can affect on pft result or not?pls reply

And yes fever and lung infection can alter PFT findings. This causes worsening of lung inflammation and hence decrease the values on PFT.
To prevent drug resistance and use of inappropriate drugs, better to get done sputum culture and sensitivity report.
Culture report will isolate the causative organism and sensitivity report will guide about effective antibiotic treatment.
