Brief Answer:
Small meals, no stress, no anxiety.

Detailed Answer:
Hi.
Thanks for your query.

I have read the history provided by you. It says you have been suffering from GERD Grade 2. You have heavy belching for which you want guidance.
You have Medications Tried: Ragiz D E&SR, PAN L , epitril, LYBRAX, nexpro L , FEROZYME FORTE etc...

Please tell me details:
When was the Upper GI Endoscopy done?
Which medicines are you taking at the moment?
Which Specialist have you shown, who did you endoscopy?

I would advise you the following:
Please give me more details.
Soft bland diet.
Small feeds at more time. This means you have to divide your food requirement in 4 parts of breakfast - lunch - brunch (in the evening) and dinner. This will allow small food and not distending your stomach too much and helps in reducing your belching.
You have to make a list of foods and beverages (liquids) that cause or increase your problems and another list that do not cause any problems means suit you.
You have to strictly avoid all such foods and beverages that cause such a problem. Never to consume such things.

Tensions, stress and anxiety add to the problem. You should avoid all the things in life that increase your tensions, stress and anxiety. This will help you the most.

Never go to sleep immediately after dinner, you should walk around after dinner.
Sleep in reclining position means head side of the bed should be elevated.
Exercise regularly.
Sleep for at least 6 to 8 hours without disturbance means switch off the XXXXXXX also. (one does not loose anything by switching off the XXXXXXX at night)

These are some measure you have to try, and you will find the ones best suitable for you as well as help you the most.

Medicines can be discussed only after you provide me the list of medicines you are taking at the moment.

I hope this answer helps you.
Please give the feedback.

Brief Answer:
Farizyme with food.

Detailed Answer:
Hi.
Thanks for your feedback.
You are taking the correct medicines .
Only thing is that you have to take Feryzime (Farizyme) forte with food not before.
Continue the medicines as advised.
Nexpro_l already contains the bowel movement regulator.
If you please follow the instruction s given above, there will be good improvement.

Brief Answer:
Take gases and avoid gas producing foods and beverages

Detailed Answer:
Please try Activated Charcoal tablets like Gasex in the dose of 2 tablets three time a day.
Avoid all the aerated drinks
Avoid all the foods and beverages that you must have listed by this time that cause or increase gases,
If the gas is not produced in more quantity, it will not trouble you.
