Brief Answer:
It is a complication of lactation.

Detailed Answer:
Hello,
Thanks for trusting us with your health concern.
The patient has a breast abscess- a collection of pus in the breast which is caused by methicillin resistant bacteria. The only treatment is drainage of pus, cleaning and dressing the wound every alternate day and start with heavy broad spectrum antibiotics to control the infection. She can continue the breast feeding from the other breast and regularly express milk from the affected breast.
The abscess in breast usually forms due to lactation- due to collection of milk inside the breast that becomes infected. It is an infection that happens during lactation.

Brief Answer:
Can be due to weakness and abscess.

Detailed Answer:
Hello.
Thanks for writing again.
Fasciitis is due to inflammation. It can happen due to weakness caused by delivery. The sepsis is generalised infection that can spread from the breast abscess that she has.
Hope my answer is helpful.
