Question : based on pcos symptoms ;is there medicine to assist in regulating cycle? so that planning for conception is easier?

PCOS symptoms are many.Is your cycles regular ? are you obese ?
If your cycles are not regular you can take progesterone for 5 days to induce a cycle.After getting periods ,start on clomifene for 5 days followed by follicular study.
Only follicular study will help us in confirming your ovulation and fertility.

I have been tracking since I had abortion 7/2/15 ovulation dates are based on online calendar not sure of accuracy

It is better to do an ultrasound scan on 2nd of your periods and followed by follicular study to confirm ovulation.
