Question : For the medical condition, congenital aplasia of uterus & horse shoe kidneys
Uterine shadow not visible, probably congenitally absent
Right ovary visible, Left ovary not seen

kindly advice if there s a possibility of fertility by any means including test tube options

Hi
This condition is called Rokintaski syndrome.
If ovary is present eggs can be retrieved and ART procedures can be done. But the embryo has to be put on surrogate uterus as you dont have uterus.so that you can be biological mother .

Since you don't have uterus the embryo has to be transfered in to surrogate uterus.
Your ovum and husbands sperm can be used for making embryo.so you both will be the biological parents.
