Brief Answer:
complicated UTI, consult a physician

Detailed Answer:
Hi,
Welcome to Healthcaremagic!
The swelling at ankles indicates a serious impact of the disease.
You should immediately consult a local physician as soon as possible.
Swelling at ankles may be due to complicated UTI (Urinary tract infection)involving multiple organs, or causing reactive arthritis or there may be a cardiac problem in the back ground that is getting decompensated.
A physician will be able to differentiate them after a clinical examination.
I hope the advise would be informative and useful for you.
Take Care!
