Question : My 32 yr. old son has a urinary tract infection & has no insurance. What can I get for him to help with this problem?

Thanks for posting your query.

Well if it is really Urine Infection he needs to take one course of Antibiotic. Home remedies can give some comfort but not cure .

I recommend you get a prescription for antibiotic like Ofloxacin or Nitrofurantoin and ask him to use it.

Till then let him drink plenty of water , Citrus fruit juice . He can also use Urine Alkanizer syrup like Citralka which are available as OTC drugs.
