Question : My boyfriend has a high fever and a high body temp. But claims to be freezing. I have no clue what to do.

Thanks for posting your query.

Looking at the symptoms he seems to be having Infection. Infection could happen due to Virus or Bacteria. Most of the viral infections will subside in 2-3 days by itself. Till then you can take Paracetamol for fever and hydrate him by giving plenty of water and fruit juices.

But if the fever persists even after 3 days or if the temperature is high inspite of giving Paracetamol then you need to take him to a doctor as he needs certain tests and antibiotic therapy.
