Question : I have recently discovered a slight reddis rash on the head of my penis!. I have had no outside intercourse for many months and am not outside sexually active. It causes no pain and does no seem to have any effect. Recently cleared a garden area where there was extensive oleander bushes and wonder if this somewhat poisonous bush infected my clothe and the sensitive area. Can I dare I put neo spirit upon this area to address the situation. Somewhat mysterious to me as I bathe daily and chand underwear daily. Never had this situation out of the blue. Thank you.

Hi
Thanks for being at healthcaremagic
I have gone through your complaints and it can be due to the oleander bush but I would recommend you to upload the photographs of the affected area so that I can have a clearer picture of the condition and can guide you accordingly.

Dear Doctor , A bit embarrassing to send such a photo but if you deem it necessary Inshall but how does one do it as I do see a email or a button to bring on a photo of my condition?.
Brief Answer:
Apply cortisone cream on the affected areas
Detailed Answer
Welcome Back,
If you are embarrassed to upload your photos you can try applying cortisone cream on the affected areas twice daily for 5-7 days.
This will help in resolving the allergic reaction.
Otherwise you can upload the photographs under the report section of the HCM site or you can email them to YYYY@YYYY and keep the subject as ATTN:Dr Asmeet , I'll get them.
