Question : Have a cut on my finger right hand. Was in doctor's office today. Tonight noticed red rash on right arm. Am on cumadin for Afib. Think I picked up something in office. Bathed both arms with antibacteruial soap and washed both with alcohol. What to do next?

Do daily cleaning and dressing.

Hi
You should clean the wound with Hydrogen peroxide ,Povidone iodine solution and do dressing daily.
Add another antibiotic Linezolid 600mg twice daily.
Continue with the Brochitis treatment .
For red rash,add anti histamine tablet.
Please consult your doctor and get appropriate prescription.
Nothing to worry.It will heal.
