Question : Dear Sir/Madam,
I am XXXX, working in IT industry since 7 years and whenever i eat food i feel it too much even though i ate very little and stomach is full and stomach comes out like anything. My digestion is also not normal it takes a lot of time and since few weeks i am observing at my right side back feeling pinching sensation and it is very painful , it last for few minutes and stops. Kindly advise what i can do

Bloating and indigestion you are suffering from could be due to gastritis which might have resulted in ulcers.

I suggest you to get a upper gastro intestinal endoscopy, this will help to know the condition and guide on how to proceed with management.
