Brief Answer:
Constipation predominant IBS?

Detailed Answer:
Hi,
Thanks for the additional information.

Abdominal discomfort, increased flatulence and constipation for a long period of time could indicate constipation predominant irritable bowel syndrome.

Some amount of flatulence is normal. Only increased flatulence ( more than 15-20 times per day) is considered abnormal. Gut infection can cause increased flatulence.

Increased intake of fiber also causes abdominal bloating and increased flatulence.

Taking all your symptoms in to consideration, I feel they might be due to constipation predominant Irritable bowel syndrome.

Regards,
Dr.R.K.
