Question : Ate some salad with some raw onions yesterday and have been having stomach cramps/spasms since then, about 1.5 days ago. What can i do, i have GERD

I presume you do not have nausea, vomiting and diarrhea after taking those raw onions.
Onions should be avoided if you have GERD.
You can take the following for relief from abdominal cramps and GERD.
1. T.Nexium once daily before breakfast for 4 weeks
2. T.Bentyl twice daily till you get relief from cramps.
3. Probiotics
