At at this age you should already be menopausal. If not, you are probably perimenopausal and approaching your menopause. In such a case the hormonal irregularities could give your such a presentation. However I would insist you to visit a gynecologist and to get yourself clinically evaluated in order to rule out other ominous possibilities. He would also be able to say if you need hormone replacement therapy.
