Brief Answer:
Management of acne with pigmentation
Detailed Answer:
I have reviewed the attached photographs and you are having acne and post inflammatory hyperpigmentation.
If I was your treating doctor I would recommend you to use a salicylic acid facewash twice daily and take capsule doxycycline 100 mg once daily at bedtime.
Along with this apply cream containing glycolic acid 6 percent on the pigmented areas at night and gel containing adapelene on the pimples at night.
Also use a broad spectrum sunscreen gel on the entire face during the day time.
These are prescription drugs and should be used under a doctor's supervision.
For better results you can consult a dermatologist and go for chemical peels.
Multiple sessions will be required every 2 weeks but it will have better results.
Besides avoid oiling of scalp, keep your face dry, avoid using cosmetics, don't pick pimples and reduce the intake of sugary foods.
