Detailed Answer:
Hello. Thank you for writing to us

I have gone through your query and I have also reviewed the Image.

Youe main concerns are tanning and acne/ acne spots.

I suggest you to use a water based sunscreen e.g Suncote gel is water based and is ideal for acne prone skin. Apply 15-20 minutes before stepping outdoors.
For acne, I suggest you to apply topical Clindamycin e.g Clindac-A 1% solution, over acne affected area, during day time.
At night, you may apply Adapalene gel e.g Adaferin 0.1% gel Or Deriva- CMS gel, over the whole of acne affected area.
Use a salicylic acid + glycolic acid based cleanser for face wash e.g AHAGlow-S foamy face wash, once or twice daily.
This treatment will help acne as well as help fade away dark spots of acne as well as improve complexion and tanning.

Regards
