Brief Answer:
This could be allergic rhinitis.

Detailed Answer:
Hi,
Welcome to healthcare magic.
I had gone through your question. I can understand your concern.
This could be allergic rhinitis.
I recommend the following for better symptom control.
1) Avoid allergens like dust, pollens, dandruff of pets and other triggers you are sensitive to. This is very important measure.
2) A steroid nasal spray is very effective for controlling your symptoms.
3) An antihistamine like levocetrizine with montelukast.
4) Consult an ENT doctor for allergen skin test and immunotherapy for long-term relief.

Hope I have answered your question. If you have any questions, I am happy to help.

Wish you a good health.

Brief Answer:
Immunotherapy can be tried for longterm relief.

Detailed Answer:
Hi,

Thanks for the follow up. I can understand your concern.

You can try immunotherapy for long-term relief.
Immunotherapy involves gradually introducing more and more of the allergen into your body to make your immune system less sensitive to it.

The allergen is often injected under the skin of your upper arm, which are given at weekly intervals with a slightly increased dose each time. Immunotherapy can also be carried out using tablets that contain an allergen, such as grass pollen, which are placed under your tongue.

Surgery is advised in this condition when the edematous mucosa blocks the sinus drainage or when edematous mucosa leads to polypoidal mass.

Hope my answers have helped you. If you are happy with my answer, kindly close the discussion and rate my answer.

Wish you a speedy recovery.
