Suggest Treatment For Anejaculation

Question: Hi Sir,
I am 38 and suffering with male infertility for last 6 years.I don't have any issue in erection in intercourse and sexual life is fine.But sperm is not coming out in intercourse,I have done all the tests and submitting all the reports along with the medicines that i am taking now.I am not getting deserving results with this and running out of age

Can you please help me on this

Welcome to health care magic.

1. Your all ultrasound reports are essentially normal.

2. You are suffering from anejaculation which means absence of dementia coming out in spite of normal intercourse and orgasm.

3. Get fasting blood sugar levels done to check diabetes. As this is common in diabetes.

4. Go to an XXXXXXX / urologist and get electroejaculation or vibroejaculation done which is generally100 % successful in bringing out semen.

5. Give urine sample immediately after sex to check is sperms are in urine to rule out condition called retrograde ejaculation.

Thanks for the detailed answer.Can you please clarify the following

1.Did you find any issues related to prostate gland because I heard sperm is not coming because of these diesease
2.Do you want me to continue the medicines that I am taking now(attached the medicines list) and try electroejaculation parrelly
Or you want me to stop these medicines completely
3.How much time electroejaculation takes and do I need to join and stay in hospital for quite sometime? And how much it costs(appox.)
Can you please suggest one hospital or doctor(preferbelly in XXXXXXX but any plcae is OK )
4.I heard I can go for IVF(ICSI) even sperm is not coming out .Doctors can pull using injection .Is it right?

Hi

1. I don't see this condition could be due to prostate though it is little enlarged.

2. You continue medicines as per doctor's prescription but I don't see much use.

3. Electronic ejaculation takes about an hour. I don't know about XXXXXXX An urologist should be able to help you.

4. Yes. You can go for ICSI with TESA / PESA by pulling out sperms.

Hi Sir,

Can Electronic ejaculation pull semen only once?I read that through Electronic ejaculation doctors pull semen and store for fertility purpose.If yes,can ICSI preferable than this?.Can any method/surgery/drugs solve my problem permanently means coming semen out naturally .

My last question -Is Electronic ejaculation so much painful?I heard pain is high after this process

If sufficient sperms are available IUI can be done. Cheaper option than ICSI.

Difficult to say about permanent cure without examining you in person.

Pain is not much after electronic ejaculation
