Hello,

The medications that mostly cause retrograde evacuation are antidepressant and anti-psychotic medication, as well as tamsulosin. In your case is an anti-psychotic drug and it will be the possible culprit. You can stop the drug and observe for the development of retrograde ejaculation. If symptoms persist better to consult a urologist and get evaluated.

Hope I have answered your query. Let me know if I can assist you further.

Regards,
Dr. Shinas Hussain, General & Family Physician
