Question : i have just finished my period 2 wks ago but im still bleeding going onto 3-4wks now, i feel dizzy and exhusted all the time im also taking iron tablets & vitamins everyday eating normal bit overweight

Excessive bleeding as you described leads to fall in blood hemoglobin levels leading to anemia. Anemic women are prone to having symptoms like dizziness and exhaustion as you described.

Please continue your iron tablets. I suggest you get hemoglobin levels checked to see how bad is anemia.

Also see your gynecologist to check what's wrong with your uterus which is leading to such prolonged bleeding.
