BP is fine, you have anxiety and mild depression
Detailed Answer:
Hello,
Firstly, the blood pressure readings of yours (incliding +10 of what you gave in query) is fine & well withi normal range.
It is also not related to your current set of symptoms. So, you need not see a medicine doctor for treatment of hypertension or any cardiac related worry at present.
Secondly, the anxiety, restlessness, period or episodes of impatience, may be accompanying anger, sadness etc., all these appear to be due to the current life problems you are facing. These marital and family problems have set up anxiety and depression which keeps you :" on the edge feel" all the time..
You should ideally see a psychiatrist and not a councellor as- therapy/councelling sessions donot appear to be helping you adequately. Acoording to my clinical judegement you need to start some proper anti anxiety med to help you adequately. These drugs are very useful and will make you stable. You may or may not continue with therapy sessions with the drugs.
Meds like- escitalopram or paroxetine can be taken. They are non addicting and non sedating, so you can easily continue working in day time.
Hope the reply helps you with your worries. Please ask more questions for clarification
