Question: I am experiencing some anxiety. Could this affect the face and other parts of the body?What would be some ways to eliminate anxiety as I have a lot on my plate?

Welcome to HCM.
Mild, short term anxiety may not affect face or other parts of body. If there is severe and chronic anxiety, it can affect body organs, can decrease body immunity and other physical effects etc.

The simplest and the easier way to eliminate anxiety is deep breathing exercises. Breath in for the count of 5, hold your breath for the count of 7 and breath out for the count of 5.

Other way is progressive muscle relaxation.
