Brief Answer:
I would not advise for long term use

Detailed Answer:
Hi, thanks for writing through HCM.

I have read your query and understood your concerns.

Aleve is a combination of dyphenhydramine and naproxen. Dyphenhydramine is a antihistaminic drug which can cause sleepiness and excessive sedation. So, I would not advise that to my patient.

Tylenol is a acetamenophen which is a OTC pain killer, you can take that for backache but long term use is not advisable.

Do not take librium without withdrawal symptoms of alcohol. Librium is not indicated for detoxification for excessive intake of alcohol for 6 to 7 days. Librium is used to reduce the withdrawal symptoms of alcohol when you go cold turkey after long term use.

Hope I have answered your query. If you have further query then I shall be happy to help.
Wish you good health.
