Brief Answer: Lumbosacral belt Detailed Answer: Hi, Thanks for your query. As you mention the back pain have could be due to long hours of sitting during work and long ride on the bike or a drive in the car. This leads to a condition called Spondylosis in the spine of the lower back. You must go for a minute walk during your working hours, this will avoid worsening of the condition. Wear an Lumbosacral belt while working an driving, this will prevent the shear in the spine and prevent the pain. Also you can apply DICLOFENAC gel to get rid of the pain. This is very effective compared to oral painkillers. Regular exercise and massage of the affected parts will help too. regards,
