Question : iam sitting for so many hours during ofice hours.so that y ihave back pain kindly suggest me good treatment

Brief Answer: Diclofenac gel Detailed Answer: Hi, Thanks for your query. You must go for a minute walk during your working hours, this will avoid worsening of the condition. Wear an Lumbosacral belt while working this will prevent the shear in the spine and prevent the pain. Also you can apply DICLOFENAC gel to get rid of the pain. This is very effective compared to oral painkillers. Regular exercise and massage of the affected parts will help too. regards,
