Hi,
Generally simple back pains will resolve in a day with rest and simple over the counter pain killer like Paracetmol, if it is more than 3 days it needs evaluation by Orthopedic surgeon or spine surgeon.
Throbbing pain is severe and it can indicate impingment of the nerves coming out of the spine.
I suggest you to get an Xray of the spine first.
You can take good pain killers for the pain like MOBIZOX. These are prescription based drugs and need one to buy.
