Brief Answer:
Infection

Detailed Answer:
Hi XXXX,

When you have respiratory infection either with virus or bacteria you will have bad taste in the mouth and it associates with bad smell as well. That means you will lose the natural ability to smell good. I also found that you may have bilateral conjunctivitis as part of entire infectious process. When you have infection that could have spread within the neighboring organs like nose, mouth and eyes there is supposed to be some kind of nausea and gastritis as well.

The route of infection can be through nose or eyes.

I think you should visit a primary care provider in your area for a prescription of antibiotics. Do not worry and all of these are completely curable. The doctor can add an antacid medicine as well.

Let me know if you have other questions here.

Hope this answers your query.
