Brief Answer:
Behavioural therapy advised to control panic attacks. ...

Detailed Answer:
Hi,

I understand your concern. .

Fearing from height including high buildings is called batophobia. You are also reporting fear (phobia ) from dtiving.
They are both associated with panic attacks.
The key to handle them is to control panic attacks. Apart medications you've been using so far, I advise behavioural therapy which is carried out by a psychologist or psychiatrist in your country.

After controlling the panic attacks, you'll be able to drive.

Hope it was of help!
