Brief Answer:
This will lead to loss of central vision but this is relatively rare.

Detailed Answer:
Hello
Welcome to Health care magic

I am Dr. DADAPEER K, an Ophthalmologist and I will be answering your question.

I reviewed your history.
Angular macular dystrophy is a rare genetic dystrophy of the macula characterized by degeneration of cone cells of macula.
Rarely it will lead to loss of central vision.
It has got relatively better visual prognosis compared to other macular dystrophies.

Hence no need to be worried regarding loss of vision but this needs regular follow up with your ophthalmologist.

Hope I have answered your question and the information is helpful to you.
Do write back to me for further questions.

Thank you
