Suggest Treatment For Blister Inside Nostril And Swelling In Left Ear

Question : On Friday, I had a nose blister inside my right nostril, and swelling in my left ear, went to Dr. prescribed antibiotics, antibacterial ointment for my nose, and liquid for my ear. I used meds per px from Friday pm to Sunday and continuing. On Sunday morning, I started to experience a) body aches whole body b) pounding headaches all day long, and c) fever. Headaches are pounding and located on the right side of my head and forehead area, worse at night. I discontinued intranasal bacterial ointment immediately for fear of side fx. Dr., what is my possible diagnoses and treatments? I have never had a history of above in my life. In addition, for past year, I have been waking up with what look like insect bites on my buttocks, legs, foot, and arm. I suspect a Staph infection. Again, never had these types of s/x in my life.
