Question : I have what to me looks like a blister due to friction burn on my penis. It also as little tiny white spots that look like tiny white heads that flake off. What can I use to heal it. It does hurt at all

I understand your query and concern.

You possibly seem to have fungal infection of the penis.

This could be candidiasis.

For this I advise you to have tab Fluconazole 200 mg once daily for 5 days.
Topical application of Cotrimazole ointment will also help.

This therapy will help in most cases.

Maintain good hygiene and regular changes of under garments.

Can be due to activation of normal fungal flora on growing on skin.

Hi Sir,

Normally there is colonization of saprophytic flora (bacteria or fungi) on skin and intestinal tract.

In low immune states of our body like dehydration,exposure to unhygeinic areas ect..they may cause infection.

So start taking Anti fungal medication as prescribed above.

I had fungal in between my toes and on my toe nails a couple years ago and now the fungal is coming back in between my toes again. Do you think that has something to do with it? And also can I get the fungal meds over the counter?
