Brief Answer:
It could be a Mucous cyst or Haemangioma.

Detailed Answer:
Hi
As per your description, it could be a Mucous cyst or Haemangioma.
Mucous cyst has to be excised surgically. An Injection called Sclerosant can be injected into Haemangioma and reduce the swelling.
But,the exact diagnosis can be made with Clinical examination only.
Hence, I request you to consult your doctor /Surgeon, get examined clinically and proceed accordingly.
Nothing to worry. It will come down.
Hope I answered your query. If you have any questions, I will clarify further.
Wish you good health.
Regards
