Brief Answer:
Further tests are needed.

Detailed Answer:
Hello, Sir.

I understand your query and concern.

You possibly seem to have acute gastroenteritis.

This is evident by painful defecation.

You did not show a full response to antibiotic therapy.

At this stage, there is no use in continuing the same medication.

Hence, at this stage you need a stool culture and sensitivity along with an ultrasound abdomen.

Further management is based on the test results.

Post your further queries if any.
Thank you.

Brief Answer:
Relevant facts provided.

Detailed Answer:
Hello, XXXXXXX

I understand your concern.

I mean to say that you have a resistant infection of your stomach and intestines.

Resistant because, you did not improve after antibiotic course with Cifran OZ.

Hence, you need an apt antibiotic to troubleshoot the problem.

For this, I advised you to go for additional testing as suggested.

For this, you can consult a Gastroenterologist.

This is not a serious matter.

As of now, get tests and review with reports.

Post your further queries if any.
Thank you.
